Client Video Spotlight: Timex and Runner's World Magazine

Early last month Motion Source sent a video crew out to capture event footage of the Timex ONE Relay Chicago Launch Party.  We only filmed the event but you can see the final result by clicking on the video frame below.

In the past year we have further developed our event coverage practices to create better event videos for our clients and it is becoming one of our strong suits. Now this doesn't mean we have any plans to start shooting weddings but a corporate meeting, trade show, conference, party or from any other interactive experience we can put together a great video to capture the excitement of the event. A popular option when it comes to the outputting video is a "sizzle reel." A sizzle reel is a video that usually runs between 1-3 minutes and gives viewers a quick overview of the event with tidbits of information. Below you will find a few more samples in our inventory of event coverage projects that we put together into a sizzle reels.

Beyond sizzle reels, Motion Source can also complete full length event coverage videos. A full length event coverage video may be a presentation that we send out a crew to capture and then we cut the video into a dynamic piece that includes all the information presented. This video can be sent out to individuals who were unable to attend the event and allows organizers to get the most bang for their buck when funding an event. The video will be able to live on forever and can be a communication tool for the organization beyond just that one day event.
