QUp to what size products will you accept?
While we can accept products that are quite large, studio setup and lighting for such items may require additional equipment and personnel, resulting in additional fees. When inquiring about a project, one of our producers will work with you to determine whether or not your product falls within standard parameters, or if any additional charge will be necessary.
QCan I send props for the video along with my product?
You most certainly can. However, if you would like for the props to be returned, please include a return shipping label for these items.
QCan I attend the shoot?
With the current COVID-19 situation we are invested in keeping our team, and our clients, safe through limiting the amount of people in the studio at any given time. Therefore, we are not currently accommodating client attendance. However, we do have the capability to stream the feed from our production camera straight to the comfort of your home or office. This is accomplished via Zoom, allowing you to communicate with the production team in real-time while the shoot is taking place–you can be there, without actually being there.

Happily! If you wish to have the items you send to us returned following the shoot, please include a return shipping label with the initial shipment.
